Warranty by product type, per Jaquar's published warranty table, against manufacturing defects in normal use: faucets, metal accessories and hoses in chrome carry 10 years; the same items in non-chrome finishes (PVD gold, rose gold, gunmetal, graphite) and all sensor faucets carry 5 years; overhead and hand showers, health faucets and flush valves carry 10 years; and sanitaryware ceramic body carries 10 years. Claims are made against the dealer-stamped warranty certificate we issue at billing, and serviced through Jaquar's pan-India network.
A note on comparing quotes: a PVD gold tap and a chrome tap of the same model are the same fitting underneath. If a quote looks unusually low for a non-chrome finish, check whether it is lacquered rather than PVD — lacquer is not the same product and does not carry the same term.
